i am shopping to start phase 1 today. i have been on atkins, so shouldnt b to difficult since i am used to 20 carbs a day anyway. :)

what is diff between atkins and south beach? i do atkins now, at 20 or so carbs a day. i have been diagnosed with high cholesterol. You can go to atkins.com and get lots of good subs for breads. i love M.I.M ie muffin in a minute. they r awesome. keep going with LC works for me too :)

On the low carb i find l am not hungry.........and sometimes hardly reach 900 cals........could this b why i am stuck? i keep going between same 2 lbs for last 4 weeks!! my carb is between 20-40

i do this but with dark choco coa coa powder! sometimes i add a spoonful of peanut butter too....then chill!! yummy!

what is the difference between them? i just go by what i have read on all the web pgs of here and atkins. keep carb at 40 or below. Healthy fats and high fiber.

Made my first MIM yesterday...............omgosh! it was excellent! After no breads for 2 months it was heaven lol. Then i looked up all the varieties u can do...................ohhhhhmy! Today is my oldest boys bday. He is 15. I am making a chocolate MIM to eat as my piece of cake :)

lol well that post didt work! ^^^ ok u said 4 bars a day? i would continue with low carb, it is what works for my body...but add more "mini meals" and ditch all the bars. also. i went on youtube and there are alot of recipes for low carb meals that are quick and simple :) gave me alot more options.....
