  • Good for you! Everyone's gotta start somewhere. Marathon runners just don't wake up one morning and say, "I think I'm gonna run 26.2 miles today!" They all started out just where you are. Keep going, you never know where you may end up! :)
  • It is a wonderful program! Chalene is a great motivator. It is by far the most fun and most intense workout I've ever done! At first I didn't think anything could beat zumba, but this is like Zumba mixed with Kickboxing, and kicked up about 5 notches. Have fun!!
