Thanks everyone! I'm not one to talk about success, but I'm glad I did if it motivates others! Some asked my methods. Eating: this calorie counter on here was a life saver. I used it religiously. And while some don't agree with this, I don't usually eat back my exercise calories. Of course I allowed myself some days where…

I have to work in short goals. I couldn't have done this by saying "I need to lose 65 pounds and get toned". Every 10 pounds or so I treated myself with a pedicure (I don't get those normally, it's a treat) or a new pair of shoes or something. That's what keeps me going. My short term goals also include special occassions.…

Water, bananas, and drink some pickle juice every day. Just like a quarter of a cup

AMEN! I always have to go up a few sized because I have muscular thighs and a big booty, but everything gaps in the waste! FYI, I have found that the Almost Famous brand of shorts works well, and I don't wear a lot of denim shorts, I find that helps

Give up beer. It's not a daily thing, but I could never give it up for a week or more. I like my beer. Probably the worst thing ever, but I make other sacrifices so I can have beer

I am not a health expert and I'm sure others would not agree with me. But I got over my plateau by not eating back my exercise calories and adding three 30 minute extra cardio sessions a week.

Man, I can't control myself in New Orleans. I HAVE to have the beignets, I have to have gumbo, I have to have the Mufaletta. But when I go, I make sure I get in as much "excercise" as possible to try to balance it out. Lots of walking sight-seeing (lots to see anyways) and just 30 minutes in hotel gym every morning. But I…

To me, a university certification, degree, whatever isn't important. I am one of the best people in my career field, and I have no college towards it. I do have a degree, but in something completely different. I go by recommendations and reviews. I trust those the most, especially from people I know and if I've seen the…

3 days a week add an extra 30 minutes of cardio. That will help. Make sure you are changing up your workout routine. That's the best way to see results, don't get stuck on just one routine.

I LOVE Turbo Jam! It's fun! Also, with my TV service, On Demand I get tons of free exercise videos!

Alternate a drink with water. My favorite low cal drink is Vodka Tonic. Very refreshing too! And I'm an eater when I drink, gotta watch out for that!

I take Ginger in a pill form. I always have some on hand because I get car sick really easy and it works awesome, yet doesn't make me drowsy like Dramamine.

I've lost 30, I've got 20 more to go. I definitely see surgery in my future (assuming I can afford it of course). The way I see it is I've worked too dang hard to let some excess loose skin still hold me back from loving my body. I've also had a C-section, which ruins the muscle anyways.

I log it as "Circuit Training". One of my sister's bootcamp instructors told her that was the closest

I graduated in 2001, I weighted 105. My biggest I got (had one kid, that's it) after HS was 190. Now I'm at 155 and hoping to get down to 130
