Bootcamps...

I do bootcamp 3 times a week... sometimes its cardio heavy and sometimes its strength heavy depending on what he has planned for that day.

Since there is no bootcamp option under exercise here.. I use the "aerobics-high impact"... I just really wonder if Im burning those calories, or perhaps more... or perhaps less...


What are your guys' thoughts on the matter?

    I log it as "Circuit Training". One of my sister's bootcamp instructors told her that was the closest

    I used to help this trainer do a bootcamp and when I charted my calories I would honestly burn 600+ so I'd put it as high impact definitely.

    Oh my word.. I just changed my diary... HOW AM I EVER GONNA EAT THOSE CALORIES BACK?? wooooow!

    I also take a boot camp class and our instructor told us to plug it in as circuit training.
