your problem is that u are eating BELOW 1200... 1200 calories is not even enough for your organs to function properly. id suggest finding out your BMR .. then your TDEE ... then eat at LEAST your BMR but less than TDEE : ) id know. i tried the whole 1200 calorie thing.. hard to keep up.. and i eventually hit a plateau . im…

only thing that really helps me is getting sick.. gross yeah i kno.. then eating crackers to settle the stomach.. or some kind of bread to soak it up.. water ... gatorade... havent drank in a really long time.. every time i drink .. i have too much & get sick. (drinking water WITH your liquor will help)

wouldnt really say i cut anything out.... i just use healthier options.. if something like white bread is presented to me.. ill use it... ill occasionally fry something.. but i prefer to bake.. its all about moderation.. if u have strong will power and u can cut things out completely more power to u.

yes. i eat them back... but i always make sure i at least NET my bmr . . ill leave 100- 200 calories extra at the end of the day since i dont have a HRM just yet...

ahh yes.when i first started using it ... i felt like a freak. my boyfriend didnt really like me having to log my food all the time as well... i guess it was my mistake ... telling him about it more than i should of. i found the app... ever since.. i log my food discreetly .. no problems. he may have started being upset…

yes same here but im short !! 5'2 ... i was around 150 before and it looked pretty good... cant wait to see 160 even for the first time in yearssss. then i will determine.

wow u look great !!! we are pretty much on the same page right now. i started around 190 and im finally in the 160's .. im shooting for 150 ... gona see if im happy there and then going to decide if I want to lose more. Congrats tho u look amazing.
