snacking is not bad as long as the snacks are the right stuff I have just starting drinking the whey protein and I use it as a breakfast substitute but I seem to do best having the whey protein shake for breakfast around 7:30 having a snack around 9:30....like hardboiled egg or banana then lunch around 12:00 lettuce wrap…

I take my in the am as a breakfast substitute. The packaging says to take it in the am on days you do not workout and before and after your workout when you do.

Most mornings I eat an English Muffin toasted with just a bit of margarine on one side (I couldn't give it up all the way) and low sugar jelly on the other; thats 195 cal also the english muffins @ McDonalds are like 250. I think that is the way to go
