Hey guys:) I'm 5'4 and weight 149 lbs. Just started insanity 3 days ago and my calves are also killing me!!! I can barely walk and have been taking some motrin for the pain :( Anyone needs a buddy let me know and add me:)

Can anyone recommend a great heart monitor for me to use? I've never used one before and there seems to be so many out in the market i'm not sure which one is accurate and easy to use:(
