21 5'6 142 pounds. Need a buddy doing insanity.

Why can't I just stay motivated and lose it? I hate myself for wanting to give up.

  • Hey I'm 22 5'4 and 138 and I just started Insanity yesterday. I would love to be workout buddies with you guys. I find that insanity is particularly hard to sick to because it is so intense.

    I'm suppose to do pure cardio right now and I'm procrastinating!
    I'm doing insanity and Brazillian buttlift hybrid.
    All these work outs are hard but my calves are KILLING ME. It's so hard to keep doing them everyday whe
    I feel like I can't even walk!

    Hey guys:) I'm 5'4 and weight 149 lbs. Just started insanity 3 days ago and my calves are also killing me!!! I can barely walk and have been taking some motrin for the pain :( Anyone needs a buddy let me know and add me:)

    27M, 5'6, 205lbs. I started insanity on Monday. I'm pretty sure it was intended for someone who is starting out more in shape than me, but I've been able to stick with it for the most part. I can't keep up with the folks in the video, but I try to not rest until Shaun says I can. My goal weght is 180. I was barely able to walk as well, but "dig deep"!! Remember the motto: Decide. Commit. Succeed.
  • Please add me as an Insanity buddy. I am in the middle of Week 3. However, I decided to start week 3 over because I had a really bad week with binging on family dinner on Sunday and on July 4th. I am 5'1" and 131. My SW was 134. My goal weight is 110. But really my goal is to get some awesome arms. I did the first month of Insanity about 2 months ago for the first time. However, I did not stick with eating healthy, logging my calories, and skipped a few workouts. My goal this go around is to be more committed to the workout. I would love some support to help encourage and motivate me.

    Are you all following the Insanity nutrition guide or just logging with MFP? The Nutrition Guide seems like it wants me to eat way too many calories.

    Also I have trouble with plank pose moves like level 2 drills, ski abs, in and out abs and such. Any advice?
  • I forgot to add. Keep with Insanity and don't give up. In my first month, when I was skipping some workout and not logging meals, I lost 2" in my waist. Also, I find if I cannot keep doing on exercise instead of stopping, I do some jabs or jog or just keep moving.

    I am almost through my 4th week of Insanity and it kicks my *kitten* every day, but I love it. I will be an insane buddy if you need another.

  • I'm 26, 5'4'', started at 142lbs and am on day 11 of Insanity currently. My goal weight is 120ish, give or take.

    I'm 21, 5'7, and 158 lbs. My goal weight is 135. I'm on my third week of the program and anyone can add me if they want! :) I like Insanity a lot so far, I always feel like I get such a good workout.

    Im 5'9" weighing between 167-171lbs depending on the weather and how bad of a weekend I had. Im starting Insanity on Monday coming no matter what. I even have the nutrition guide planned out with the expectation of following to almost perfect. I will have to revamp my goal plan on here and up my calories but I am willing to try.... I dont really want to lose too much more weight, I would like to get to between 150-155lb and tone up. All the help I can get would be very beneficial!!! Please add me... and keep me going!!!
