why did you want to lose weight in the first place? after you'v thought of that, imagine yourself at the weight you'd like to be, and how that makes you feel. before now i'v googled before and after photo's, the thought of fitting into beautiful clothes and being a lot slimmer for my holiday has helped my mind set…

asda do a heart rate monitor/cal reader for £20 - cheapest i'v found. Jillian Michaels is about 164cal for 20 mins, i would guess it's close to that? sorry i can't be more help. are you following the food plan too? i am and loving it :heart:

i am very overweigh so i place a pillow under my knees when i have to kneel on the 30ds & my knees have been fine ever since. Was going to start today too but was waiting for a delivery (that was suppose to be here yesterday) and has now been cancelled :angry:
