another 5'8 here, 147lbs, 10 1/2 stone, an average uk size 12 in clothes is my dream (i hit that figure years ago with a meal replacement diet, soon piled the weight back on though, so doing it the sensible way this time)

you could also start to wear ankle supports? i'm inclined to say rest too, better rest & recovering than making it worse

obviously i'm not promoting overdosing on calcium but somebody in MFP did advise me that some experts advise drinking chocolate milk after exercise as it contains the right mix of protein ect

perfect, thank you, i remember having slight cramp too this morning for the first time since i started exercising. i had it in my head i was suppose to eat straight after a workout too so got that wrong. read your post 3 times so i remember it lol thank you again :flowerforyou:

the 2 c's, chocolate and chinese, having a vegetable kebab instead for my take out meal once a week, although i am a born again christian and i know im doing this for myself...so totally defeats the object...have to think of something else too :blushing:

*wolf whistles* you look great, i agree, especially on you back. a great inspiration too, just done my 3rd day on 30ds, how strange though, im craving my zumba workouts too. i think i'll start doing both tomorrow and see how i go, even if i can only mange 2 mins :blushing:

why not go on youtube, have a go at some different exercise's and see what you fancy from there? personally i brought the zumba dvd's from amazon (cheapest i found) & love it. add me as a friend if you would like some support (not that im an expert lol just on here daily) :flowerforyou:
