I am at 140 and have been trying to reach the 130 mark for a while now. Like you I actually do exercise quite a bit and have begun the Insanity program. I started with the weight machines at my gym building from 10-30lbs depending on the exercise and slowly increasing. Also, you can use arm weights when walking or doing at home work outs. I am slowly building my arm muscles as this was my weakest area as well.
