That can help too... But be aware of "false fat" I tend to bloat alot and drinking tons of water helped tighten my lower belly. Also be cognizant of posture! Seriously. 0 minutes of cardio is enough.. since i have done none for 12 weeks(my own lil experiment). good for heart health though. Will add it back in later. But didn't do a day of planned cardio the past 12 weeks. So I suppose 20 will be enough. That's how I plan to add it back in for the next 8 weeks. Two 20 minutes sessions.
