Sometimes certain brands cost more because they need to extra revenue for all of the events that they sponsor, not necessarily because of better quality. Met-Rx comes to mind.

Broctor checking in. Not all fibers are created equal. Soluble fibers are good for reducing cholesterol, insoluble fibers are good for the dookies. Splenda sucks because it doesn't have any calories, therefore doesn't give you any energy.
