Hi, I'm 5'7.5 and 164lbs. My goal weight is 145. I'm back doing Jillian Micheals 30day shred, and just got a weight bench for Christmas. I would like to loose and tone and could use all the support I can get. Anyone with similar goals feel free to add me!

I'm not sure where abouts you live but in Canada I get my Matcha from www.mysteepedtea.com/rosehyland/ Their Matcha is amazing!

Working on loosing 15 lbs, but I would be ok with some extra coming off. I am tryng to set realitstic goals as i know those will be easier to keep...I would rather go about this life change slowly and keep it off.

I am on Day 6 of Level 1. I love how I can feel the burn and starting to actually look forward to the next level. I measured and weighed myself before I started but I want to wait till the end of my 30 days to measure again to see what a difference it has made.

I'm on day 2 of 30 Day Shred, I took my measurements before I started, can't wait to take them again after 30 days. I'm also logging calories and hoping to see some results!

I just started 30 day shred and am on Day 3, is it normal for my muscles to burn this much :{ I am determined to keep going and feel the burn (even though I had a tough time walking up the stairs). I found the first and second day to be intense but I was able to push through. today (Day 3) was quite a bit harder.

Grat idea! I don't want to set my goals too high again because I knowfor me the best way is to start slow. My Janauary goal will be to track everyday and stay under my caloric intake!:happy:
