too much sugar
I need some ideas for healthy quick breakfast ideas. I tend to go for cereal but most has too much sugar. I am always over the sugar I am suppose to have.

I havn't signed in for almost 2 weeks, I had lost 6 lbs but know if I were to get on the scale today I would have gained those back and some... I need some motivation to get me started again, I have been eating really bad and can't seem to get myself back into the swing of things again. Any suggestions???

Now that the Summer is over I seriously need to start watching what I am eating. I found this website and I think it will be a great tool to track my progress. Today is the first day I am loging in so wish me luck!
