I havn't signed in for almost 2 weeks, I had lost 6 lbs but know if I were to get on the scale today I would have gained those back and some... I need some motivation to get me started again, I have been eating really bad and can't seem to get myself back into the swing of things again. Any suggestions???

    find a new exercise..(spinning, zumba, etc) to take up. Make a decison that YOU are worth it!!

    Just start logging, even if it was a really bad day. On my worst days (oh yes, there have been a few lately) I find that logging helps. Either I realize how poor my choices were and resolve to do better the next day or I realize my choices weren't as bad as I had thought and feel a small sigh of relief. Either way, it helps me stay on track if I just keep logging.
