I've noticed a difference when I cut back on sugar. I tried to get under the required sugar intake on here. To me, eating your required calorie and sugar intake will make a big difference.

Is it too late to join? I just finished my senior year of college yesterday. I'm student teaching in the fall and trying to look my best for it! Of course, that means getting in shape! I would love to join this group =)

Shape has a couple good ones (abs & butt). Theres an app called bodyfate thats pretty good. I love Nike +. 100 pushups. Theres also good apps for telling the amount of calories in restaurant items.

I read in "What Not to Eat" that Raisin bran cereal is not one of the best cereals to eat because of the amount of sugar. It was in the cereals not to eat. I was a little disappointed. It's one of my favorite

ahhh I did 20 mins non stop! sooo happy!!!! I read all your advice and was successful. I did that step on your left foot when you exhale (worked). Ran outside (so much better)! I slowed down if I was tired but still kept a slow jog! I'm soo happy thank you all!

During the winter holidays I did a detox. It was a 24 hour detox. I'm not sure how well it cleaned me out lol but I lost like 3lbs.

I crave sugar and salty food all the time, especially before TOM comes. I find that Diet Snapple Iced Tea - Peach Flavor, helps!!!

I'm def gonna try lemon water! I went to some mexican place in the burbs & they had a $5 margarita special (which is another reason why I couldn't say no) & had oh so many flavors, so of course I had to get a pina colada, strawberry and mango margarita...I dont even want to know how much sugar was in that margarita! lol!
