Gps running apps on i touch?
I need a gps running app that doesn't need any internet to function. I've been keeping track by counting how many times I go around the track, but lately I've been forget haha. Any apps that have a gps and don't need internet to work? My ipod doesnt hooking up to my gym's internet. Always says error. Thanks!

YOU'RE BEST ADVICE FOR SOMEONE WHO....
lifts and wants to lose 10lbs. I have my final 10lbs to lose which seems impossible. I just started lifting weights and LOVE IT!! I want to gain muscle but also lose these stubborn 10lbs. Any advice? I'm 5'0, 118, eating 1400 calories a day, 40% CARBS, 30% fat and 30% protein. This was based on iifym. Thank YOUUUUUUU!!!

Running would be mine. Glad I picked it up. Have fallen off the bandwagon, but signed up for a half and ready to kick it (once my foot feels better ;) ). How about yours??? What was your biggest factor in your weight loss journey? Where do you find your motivation?

Shins hurting after running.
So I got my friend to do C25K. She's on the first week and loves it! The only problem is that her shins hurt. She told me she stretches a little before her run, but mainly after her run. Nike+ GPS problem
Soooo I'm not sure how effective Nike+ GPS is. I'm on C25k week 6, workout 3. 5 min. warmup walking and 25 minutes of running non-stop, which totals to 30 minutes all together.
