When did you start noticing your weight loss. I've lost 10lbs so far and I really don't see a difference. I get happy when I see my results on a scale, but in the mirror I don't notice a difference!

What exercise has helped you tone your body? I've been mainly running as my exercise, every other day, and haven't done anything else to tone my legs. I really want my legs to be toned!

Couch to 10k users?
Just noticed that there is a couch to 10k program. I have a couple of more weeks until I'm done with C25k and was wondering if I should start couch to 10k after? Has anyone done that before? Any couch to 10 k users? Thoughts on the program?

How do all you runners do it?!
Okay, so I'm doing couch to the 5k and I'm on week 5, workout 3 (20 mins non-stop). I just did half of workout 3 and couldn't finish. I want to know how all you runners do it!! What to believe?
I'm not sure if the treadmill gives me the correct miles I ran or Nike +. Nike + usually tells me I ran more. For example, If I ran 2.4 on the treadmill, Nike + would say 2.8. Not sure what to believe. Keep in mind, I usually hold the ipod in my hand. I don't have internet where I run so I'm not sure if that would effect…

Do you feel this way?
So I've lost almost 10lbs through MFP and C25k, which I couldn't be more thrilled about. However, I feel like I'm not seeing results when I look in the mirror. Yes, the scale tells me I've lost weight, but I feel like I don't look any different. Does anyone else feel this way?

So I ate some tomato basil marinara sauce today and thought hmmm this would be great tasting chips. Not to mention the sauce has no sugar. Okay, so I've been complaining about sugar lately basically due to the milk I've been drinking (Almond milk). Which I stopped drinking. Today, I had baby carrots, maybe 6, they had 9 grams of sugar?!! I'm so mad....I wouldnt think carrots would have sugar, wht should I do?
