Anyone have any fish recipes?? I usually just eat tilapia, but never know how to make it.

I usually add Mrs.Dash table seasoning on it , or I'll buy fish at my local grocery store that have crusted toppings on it and I'll cook it at home.0

I put it in a pie dish with a touch of water in the bottom of it so it doesn't dry out then sprinkle it with Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning and cover it with tin foil. Cook it on 325 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily.0

Our favorites are cod and salmon. For our cod tonight, I put a tiny bit of coconut oil in a large frying pan, put in my cod, sprinkled with some lemon pepper (you can us any seasoning you like). I also sliced up some veggies - red & yellow peppers, some baby carrots, onion and some garlic. Put the lid on and turned it to medium-low heat until it was done. Last night we had salmon, and used a similar method - except I used a little Mrs Dash and mesquite instead of the lemon pepper. The trick with salmon is that you don't want to overcook it and dry it out, so we slice the veggies thin, and it seemed to be drying out a little, so I threw in a couple of ice cubes before I put the lid on so it "steamed". Don't be afraid to experiment with fish! Try different seasonings and combinations of veggies.0
