Soooooo I've been eating pretty good...no junk food, but I went over on my sugar AND protein. My almond milk and 2 apple cinnamon granola bars is what made me go over in sugar. Is that bad? Strength Training - Legs

So I bought green machine naked juice because of all the fruits and veggies in it. It says there is no sugar added only the sugar from the ingredients in the juice. HRM error?
I'm on couch to 5k week 2. My hrm said I burned 500 calories. That doesn't seem right. I did intervals of walking and running for 25 minutes. Thoughts?

Any Couch to 5k users???
I started the program yesterday and want to know if it's okay to do the treadmill or even the elliptical between days when your not running. Or are you just suppose to stick to the program only and do cardio on those three days a week. Sorry if that's confusing!

Good girl on the weekdays...bad girl on the weekends
Anyone else do really good on the weekdays by exercising and eating right, but do horrible on the weekends? Once Friday comes along, I find myself forgetting my diet and eating whatever. Any tips?
