Do you guys follow other diets as well as your calorie intake?? Just curious... I feel like I should also do another diet as well. Maybe GI?

    I am pairing this with both the Low GI diet and Weight Watchers. I also have a food diary I do on blogspot.

    Oh no! I get my calories from "clean" and healthy food almost all the time, but basically eat what I want making sure to have a good balance of the micro nutrients. You don't need a "diet", just consume less than you burn . . .

    I try to follow the Zone Diet (adapted by The Formula Diet).

    My "diet" is this: Eat 5 to 6 meals a day (i.e., every 2-3 hours). Eat a lean protein and a complex carb in each meal. Add veggies to as many meals as possible. I've added the calorie-counting aspect basically to fine-tune meal sizes. Oh, and I've set my macros to 40/40/20 protein/carb/fat.
