I also want to know. I've asked this before in the past and received mix answered. Some people think it's okay if you're eating fruit. Others say sugar is sugar so it doesn't matter where it comes from - it's still sugar.

Thanks all!!! I may try some tea maybe even with honey. I've been craving sweets all week and because of that I've been eating a ton of cereal. I need to get me some special k bars. & unfortunately gum doesn't work for me. I wish it did because im constantly chewing gum. thanks again for the help!!!

Yes, the beach club unwich at Jimmy Johns....amazing!! avcado spread...yum!! The sandwich is on a lettuce wrap. Around 200 calories or less with out mayo. Plus, on the Jimmy Johns website it tells you how much calories is in the sandwich based on what you want on it.

Okay, I'm definitely going to get the unsweetened almond milk. I thought since it's milk it would be good sugar, no? It just taste sooo good with my protein mix. & I'm gonna have to layoff the granola bars. Any low sugar granola bar recommendations?

I bought the naked juice because of all the veggies and fruit in it. & I drink it with my protein mix. Should i cut it out because the amount of sugar in it?
