If it helps you - do it. I would!

I find weighing every day but only recording once a week is great as I can get an idea of what my body does in response to exercise, diet change and menstrual cycle! I don't record if it isn't a loss though lol! Never had that happen but that is my plan!
-

I'd definitely ask about a thyroid test... I developed hypothyroidism after the birth of my 3rd child. You seem to be fairly active.. .I wonder if your calorie intake is TOO low?? and are you eating back your exercise calories... I find if I eat back all my exercise calories I keep losing... if I don't my body likes to…

my thyroid is underactive - nearly not working at all... I am on whole thyroid here in nz (which is derived from Pig thyroid) and I seem a lot better than ever on that compared to synthetic stuff - been on it for 4 years now. Since I cleaned up my diet and started exercising I've been able to lose weight but wonder if my…

EAt your calorie goal and eat back your exercise calories - otherwise your body will be storing calories
-
my base calories is 1200 and I usually earn 300-500 more with exercise. Not finding it too hard at all. I eat huge meals - with lots of fresh salad and veges to bulk it up and make me feel full.... I do find that oats with fruit in the morning is the best starter for me.
-
I always have a small snack at bedtime :-)
-
great attitude... take some measurements... inches are better than pounds anyway.

lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mung beans, capsicum, chicken breast and multigrain bread! oh and cruskits, hummus and grapes too
-
Wonder how you salt intake is...too much can lead to water retention...and yes as others have said where you are in your menstrual cycle - plotting on a weekly graph over a few months might show you some patterns :-)
-
when hubby is home...I use the exercycle whilst watching tv... he's even started using it this week - YAY

Not sure what ready cooked bacon is (from New Zealand) but this sounds yummy!

I ALWAYS have a snack in bed before going to sleep - it's my reward for getting thru the day .... something light and healthy and very low in fat! * a piece of fruit or some grapes * a few nuts * a spicy fruit muffin split with cream cheese and vegemite * a couple of cruskits with hummus
-
I have a few different things and mix it up according to what I feel like: spicy fruit muffin split with cream cheese and vegemite and a piece of fruit Uncle toby's oats with chopped up apple or grapes or banana or a mix of fruit (and a sprinkle of brown sugar) Poached whole egg on toast spread with cream cheese and…
