How do I change calorie settings on here - eating too few
So I am losing weight but Mfp has me set at 1200 which I think is too low based on bmr & I'm losing a bit faster than I think is healthy. Have lost 6.6 lb or 3kg since 1 Jan. Am about 77kg / 170lb at 162cm / 5.2ft. I think I need to be eating at least 1500. Can I change the setting for cals manually to 1600 .... Otherwise…

Help with hrm and calories burned
So today went for a walk with my hrm on and also my iPhone pedometer. Over 42 mins I get these results iPhone says 145.1 cals with average speed 3.8kmph My fitness pal returns 181 cal at moderate pace Hrm says 426 cal What would you use ? Have previously checked hrm against Exercycle computer cals and is always within 4-8…

HRM vs MFP calories : 200+ calorie difference?
Now the funny thing is today I got my new York HRM... On this walk (with my kids) I stopped it each time I was just in a shop browsing as I had some messages to do). Just started tracking my iron... I've never been anaemic except after pregnancy but notice that it is always well below my daily allowance. I'd like to boost it naturally... any food ideas ?? craving for something sweet... I found it!
Bulla fruit and yoghurt frozen thingees - they are sort of like mini iceblocks... the wildberry are delish...and I am NOT a yogurt eater... fixes the sweet cravings for about 45cal! Yummo way to up my calcium too! I am in NZ so don't know which countries you can buy them in

Not using up fat totals??
so my calorie intake is seems to be about bang on - I am sometimes a little over and - I eat back my exercise calories..but frequently have lots of fat points left over. According to MFP I am working on 40 per day. (before exercise). Today I had 57 after exercise and I have 28 unused???????? Is this a problem do you think…
