Help with hrm and calories burned

So today went for a walk with my hrm on and also my iPhone pedometer. Over 42 mins I get these results
iPhone says 145.1 cals with average speed 3.8kmph
My fitness pal returns 181 cal at moderate pace
Hrm says 426 cal

What would you use ?
Have previously checked hrm against Exercycle computer cals and is always within 4-8 cals over 20 mins
426 sounds like a lot given the speed wasn't particularly brisk

Interested in your ideas

I rely on my HRM. Make sure you check the settings in your HRM. You should have to put in your basic info - height, weight, age, etc. If all of that is correct and you started and stopped the HRM at the appropriate times that number probably correct.

I am also confused. First as a general rule dont you burn more calories the heavier one is?? I have a HRM but only a chest strap with an app that tells me my average HR. when I use any online calcator with v02 max unknown I get figures less than anyone on MFP who gets figures from their HRM. Ex. I put in 1hr with pulse 150. For a 39 female, at 220 lbs. i get a burn of only just above 500 cal per hr. for me to get an aver. Pulse of 150. This means running or high intesity step class. I just find it hard to believe some HRM are telling that by walking people are burning more in less time?? And what are others doing then to burn 300 in 300 min. ( these Are figures I read on this board). I am busting my *kitten* running at times with pulse 170's and according to online calc burning less.

So now I am confused. I tested these online calculators and the less weight I enter the more burn???? See my 1st comment above. Irs frustrating cause when i use online calculators without a pulse, with my weight I am bur ing more, with Heartrate less?

So which tool is correct?? If you google calorie burn calc. With heartrate you get tons tools and all have it mathmatically impossible for a 39 female at 220 to burn more than 600 in an hr. ( av. Pulse of over 170 )
