Not using up fat totals??

so my calorie intake is seems to be about bang on - I am sometimes a little over and - I eat back my exercise calories..but frequently have lots of fat points left over. According to MFP I am working on 40 per day. (before exercise). Today I had 57 after exercise and I have 28 unused???????? Is this a problem do you think or okay... yesterday I had lots left so had some nuts to use up a few

    I always have tons of left over fat grams but I try to make sure I at least eat all of my calories. I got to my weight goal early and have been maintaining easily for months now. I wouldn't go drink a cup of olive oil just to get all my fat in. :drinker:

    Calories is the big thing here. Simple math, Calories = Engery. Take in too much, you store it, take in a little less than what your body needs, lose a little bit of weight week by week. Fats are important, but if you are getting them, you should be good. If you are off the mark in fat but you hit your calories, then don't worry about it. remember, its a guideline. :) and keep up the good work.
