it really isnt that you have to eat so much. but whatyou eat in what quantities.. as in ration of protien to carb to sugar and fats. etc.. also if you excersize you should be having more protien.. inbox me if you want to talk more about this.

i agree.. i used p90x and starting 10 minutes trainer on monday and have no idea how to calculate the calories burned!

i totally agree. .. what people need to start doing is opening their eyes to the UNHEALTHY stuff the fda and food undustry try to pass off as healthy... take the extra time to research your food. dont buy stuff just because it is convenient.. though we all look for the fast convenient way.. it is our downfall.. try…

i forgot to mention. that pilates is my FAVORITE i feel toned from head to toe within 2 weeks and i do it every day without feeling like i beat myself up... so its a matter of personal preference. but all these things work.. again.. just being consistent is the key. DONT forget to drink LOTS of water EVERY day~!

I have done LOTS of different programs.. my friends and family call me the queen of infomercials cuz i try everything.. i have just done p90x and i am starting 10 minute trainer Monday... i have a stability ball. i do pilates. i have dance and zumba i have wii fit.. really i have done it all.. cardio is absolutely needed…

cardio is great for loss cuz you need a caloric defecit to lose... also add in some strength training.. muscle burns fat. you will lose faster!

i did HCG and it was very fast result. but its not for everyone.. and i get very controversial response but it worked for me. adn i would recommend to people to at least check into it before giving negative response..

yes. i had some serious issues with pilates in the beginning but i learned to do it with the modifications and pillows with great results. once i lost the weight and strengthen my core.. i have had little to NO back pain in the last 2 weeks. its amazing. since i have been in pain level 8-10 for the last 3 years! so.. maybe…

this is very true.. but i find Pilates to be the BEST for me. i have severe low back problems. pilates for the last 2 weeks has proven to change my body and my posture and my strength! give it a shot.. I use Winsor pilates but any works. they are all the same...

great job!! i have been on mfp for over a year but just serious bout the last month! i love this site... for watching my calories over the last 3 weeks i think im finally seeing the weight drop slowly... i have been stalled for a while but i can feel the difference.. KEEP IT UP!

hcg diet protocol has been aroudn for more than 50 years.. its not just a 500 calorie diet.. there is a lot more to it.. i did days of research before committing to this diet.. and it is a huge commitment.. i have nothing against diet and excersize.. i do both.. but.. i have nothing against something that works either..

i am happy to say i have lost 20 lbs in 26 days thanks to hcg.. i also kicked off *well tried to* my plan with the special K challenge.. on day 2 i forgot and made myself and egg sandwich.. (only 280 cals so not bad) the thing is to eat a low sugar cereal.. Kashi is very good also! as long as i have an apple im good.. the cereal does not fill me up though.. but i am giving it a try..…
