  • I used to work in the same field... "used to..." and I must confess... morbid obesity is not so much a laziness issue as it is a control issue if it has no other medial issues causing it. The disability is what got them there, the daily living activities are just affected by the underlying issue. It's not perfect but it is…
  • Be honest with yourself about how many calories you need. If you exercise a lot, you will need more calories in the right amounts. Drink lots of water... If you are going to cheat, be ready to earn the calories or pay for them. Exercise according to your level of fitness. Endurance and fitness will come with time, but do…
  • You can always use the food data bases and take the portions to calorie rate as a guidline. Another tool is looking at people with similar weight, age and goals to see how they are managing their diet. We are all different and lose weight differently. All of these recommendations are simply tools to add to your fitness…
  • Youtube has a lot of resources for circuit training. The key will be to remain active and keep that heart beat going. There are a lot of good workouts that require little to no equipment. Specially since I am lactose intollerant. I'm trying to follow the diet with substitues, some of the stuff I don't eat. Good luck to all of us!!!
  • Thanks for the repy, I'll just keep going...
  • I finished insanity about 2 weeks ago... It was great, I did not follow the diet as best as I could but my endurance and fitness increased dramatically.
