To clarify, I have other digestive issues. I don't believe that the kombucha is healing the ulcer. And also I did say in my original post that it wasn't a "buzz", more like just a relaxed feeling.

Well, I'm a very visual person so I have a wall chart where I can cross off each pound I lose. Also has a goal list and a rewards list. I follow a 10/14 intermittent fasting plan. Doing a half marathon was definitely out of my comfort zone. Won't be doing one again any time soon but at least I did it!

Today I noticed it's harder to just sit and soak in the tub. Not sure if I'm just lighter or take up less space, but my bottom doesn't seem to want to stay on the bottom anymore. I kept floating to the top lol

Today I began a month long 5K Bootcamp and hope to decrease my time by the end of the month!

Currently winging it. I did a Whole30, but after that was done and even though I eventually plan to do another, for now there is no plan. Watching my calories and sugars, running and Bellydance for cardio and a little strength here and there for good measure.

Today I fit into smaller pants but couldn't wear them to work because the knees were ripped out and it's against the dress code.

I'm switching back and forth between jogging and Bellydance for cardio. Trying to start incorporating more strength exercises too.
