  • I use the bellydance dvd's done by Neena and Veena. They are twin sisters who bellydance professionally. They are not high impact, but they will make you feel it in the midsection :)

  • I use some that I believe are a Best Buy brand called Rocketfish. I have very small ear canals and they are the only ones that work for me.
  • I work anywhere from 50-60 hours in a week. I make time for working out. If you want to do your midsection, try bellydance. It's fun and doesn't have to take long. Also, try to lower your carb intake and the carbs you do eat, try to eat before about 2 in the afternoon. It makes a difference.
  • Well I am down to only needing to lose 10 pounds until I reach my goal weight, and I know the last ten pounds can be the hardest. I'm thinking my weeks of 3-4 pound losses are pretty much over. I am however going to start the 30 Day Shred today so that I can start toning the areas I've lost.

  • I would think that popcorn balls could be done up healthy. There are probably tons of recipes that don't have to have a bunch of caramel or anything.
  • I think my trouble spot is also the lower belly, but it's a close tie with getting rid of my arm flags. So I will work on both a little each day to earn my exercise OWL lol.
  • Thanks for the advice! I will try it :) I do have very high arches, so arch support is key for me. Unfortunately I walk around almost constantly at work. But I just got a brand new pair of really good running shoes, and I will try the water bottle in the freezer thing. Thanks :flowerforyou:
