Always feels good to see a loss. When I started this challenge I thought there would be no way I'd make my goal weight by Dec.24. But now it's starting to look possible! Down to my last ten pounds! Woot woot! :bigsmile:

Nwohler, wish I had a Race for the Cure nearby! But I'm thinking of doing a Lung Cancer 5k next month so we'll see! I'm on my 6th week of C25K and just ordered a pair of Kinvaras. Can't wait to get them and break them in!

I feel your pain. I've been working a LOT of overtime and not checking in as good as I could be. Not to mention last night was kind of a potluck night (although I did bring my own healthy stuff). Hoping my lack of motivation doesn't tip the scale out of my favor when I weigh in tonight :wink:

Checking in for my Spirit OWL and a question that I hope doesn't make me sound silly? What exactly is an NSV? I see people talk about them in the forums, and have a feeling they have something to do with being complimented on your weight loss? But not sure. Can some one clear it up for me?

I myself haven't eaten the best this week. As I said in another post, I've been at one with nature this week.....(MOTHER nature), which makes me want to eat more. I even went to Pizza Inn for dinner last night. I managed to stay under my calories for the day by doing a pretty large amount of working out....but I"m not…

Well, I'll report all of my numbers after I wake up today, but like Sue I've had some binge type behavior this week not to mention the fact that I've also been at one with nature (Mother nature that is :grumble: ). So I'm not really expecting a loss this week. However there's always next week :laugh:

Daily check-in time! So my boyfriend had to do an intervention yesterday. The one scale I own that is very readily accessible is my digital in the bathroom. I like to grab a couple slices of wholegrain bread (Healthy Life is good and very low in calories). I'll toast them then add one tablespoon of peanut butter to one side, and one tablespoon of Nutella to the other and make it a sandwich. It's an awesome eat before my morning runs!

Definitely better than when my oldest was little and was obsessed with Babe and Babe:Pig in the City. OMG those movies were cute at first but after weeks and weeks of everyday nonstop watching....eesh.

Trying to get ready for work last night found myself sucked into "How to Train Your Dragon" just by walking thru the living room. Stood there for 20 minutes watching before I realized I was going to be late for work if I didn't get moving lol.

I did the entire thing for two weeks. Yes I lost some weight, but it was a very hungry two weeks. It's way to restrictive in my opinion, not to mention some of the sodium content AND the fact that tons of it is sweetened with high fructose corn syrup.
