I've gotten the old "Oh...you don't look like you need to lose anymore weight! You are so skinny!" Not understanding that according to my height I am not at my ideal weight, no matter how I appear.

I go to a lot of resale shops where I can keep buying clothes for very cheap prices. That way if I only get to wear something a few times it's no big loss :)

So you know how doctor's office scales have those things on the lower part....you know to put it on 50, 100, 150, and 200....and then the smaller slider on top for individual pounds? Lol congrats! I have a woman at work who calls me "Skinny Minnie". She also told me she could tell I had lost weight because I had lost my double chin.....:noway: A compliment? Perhaps....but it felt kind of half and half to me lol.

Are you making sure to get enough fiber? Fiber can help keep you full. Also, if you're hungry eat some steamed veggies. Those are sooo good, so good for you, and so low in calories.

The Asian salad with grilled chicken is awesome! I only use about half of the dressing. Also fruit and walnut salad, fruit and yogurt parfait, grilled chicken sandwich with no sauce and no bun, and sugar free vanilla iced coffee. All are not high in calories.

I would love to try Kimchi as it is a probiotic which is extremely stressed on the diet I'm on. As for the other stuff....well I'll just say I shouldn't have looked at this thread right after breakfast. :sick:

Well I had a gain. It was extremely small, almost like the scale not moving at all, but I had a couple of bad days and I KNOW I did. I don't know about others. I just need to limit my scale time to once a week. I am obsessive about it, sometimes weighing twice a day. I don't want to completely ditch it....just get to the point where once a week I weigh on my WiiFit for weigh in and that's it.
