she's not worth the effort. she doesn't agree with my life and doesn't feel i can do what i do. i wish her luck but i want no part of her. my mother taught me if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. this is a lesson i feel we should all be taught.

In high school i was over 300lbs at graduation....hell i was 200lbs in the 3rd grade. I'm at 151 now. 1lb from goal lol.

I'd like to lose my excess skin on my tummy and thighs, arms and boobs. God bless spanx, they help with a lot. the rest I try not to pay attention to. i'd rather the loose skin than to have it all filled in again.

i had set small goals for myself. some were an actual weight. some were getting to fit in a certain size. some were getting back to the weight i was at a particular time in my life. i had given my self some rewards as i went....not food based!! lol I did tattoos for certain goals. i have never had anything from there that wasn't good. I use them A LOT!! i loved the zucchini boats....she has a couple kinds. I made a yummy blueberry banana oatmeal bake from there too. I've made her pernil and her version of pad thai. she is amazing!!!!

I wake up at 430AM Mon-Fri and do an hour on the treadmill. When I'm done, I get that rush from it. It makes me feel more alert and awake. I never WANT to wake up for it but I know it will make me feel better when I'm done. As for advice.....I don't really have any other than to say, you get used to it. it's my routine now.
