I honestly don't know my weight when I was in high school. However, I wore around a size 10/12. I'm down to a size 4/6 right now, so I'm under what I was in high school. That works for me.0

When I was in high school, I peaked to 180ish - at 16 and 5'3", I was pretty big. Since then, I've shrunk down from size 18 to 10, to ~135 ish. Want to lose 10 more pounds0

Junior prom I was 143
Senior prom - graduation - 117
Now 135 trying to get back to around 120-125.......0 -
In high school i was over 300lbs at graduation....hell i was 200lbs in the 3rd grade. I'm at 151 now. 1lb from goal lol.0

For my last physical with my childhood pediatrician (summer between my junior and senior year) I weighed 119 lbs (1996). I thought I was fat. :noway: Right now, I weigh 184.
I have no intentions of ever being 119 lbs. My body is not what it was 18 years ago. I've made four babies in three pregnancies. For "goal purposes" I've put my goal on mfp to be 140. We'll see what happens.0 -
Wooo...high school weight. I ranged from 115 down to 95 lbs at one point (I was very active in sports, then turned very active in partying.)
I don't ever want to be either of those weights, and my ultimate goal weight is 125. I'm 15 pounds away from that now.0 -
I think in high school I weighed around 120-125. My goal weight is about 10 pounds higher than that.0

I was 107 in high school
I weight about 150 now. My goal is 130 but i seem to be stuck at 150 but my body fat is going down, so i am not too worried.
My chest is about 3 sized bigger then it was then. I wore a 1-3 then but now I wear about a 8 but back in the day I had a flat butt and and hardly any hips. I had hardly any muscles but when I graduate basic i was about 130 which is a good weight that i've accomplished since then. I'm not sure what the issue is now since I eat better now then the last few years.0 -
I graduated in '98. Was 5'7" 117 pounds. Now I am 5'7" 131 pounds. A few years ago I got sick due to stress and got down to 119 pounds. I never want to be like that again. No matter what you were in high school, you should look and feel healthy now.0

I started using MFP right after high school, haha! As a freshman, I think I was about 130-150ish, maybe? By the time I graduated, I was 168.5. Now, I'm down to 143-5ish (depending on the day)0

Usually between 100 - 105lb at 5'2. I'm around 120lb and have slowed down considerably.0

Now: 146-149ish
Goal: 115-120
I can't imagine ever being 103lbs again. The last time I got even remotely close, I looked horrible. I'm only 5'0", but that's still really tiny for me.0 -
5' 3.5", 137lbs when i graduated, at 159 now. I lost a few lbs in college the first year, then pretty much held constant at 140, didn't watch what I ate (really) until I started my new job hundreds of miles away from everything I knew. Less than 5 yrs down here & I shot up to 172 lbs. Though my thyroid issue had some to do with that. Going back down now. Hoping to get to 130, but I'll be happy when I hit the 140s again.0

CW: 169 and technically in the "overweight" BMI
My goal is set at 155 which is what I was when I got married a year out of high school. I've had 5 kids since then and realize I'll never be a size 10 again, but I'll be happy with a loose-ish 12. :-)
I'm working on toning up a bit right now, and slightly frustrated that the lbs. aren't dropping.0 -

Exactly! I ate bags of Doritos, m&m peanut, lots of candy and soda in HS. Not sure how I stayed so thin.0 -
I was always trying to put on weight for Football and get it back off for Wrestiling, so I could go from 190 to 165 and then back.0

HSW: between 180 - 190.. I didn't really weight myself all that much because I was "fat".
Now: 167
GW: ~150... I've never been that thin and want to see how it looks.

I was a very skinny kid in high school. I was 5'10" weighed about 140lbs. No way would I even think about getting down to my high school weight. I will be happy between 180 & 190.0

I was 126lbs when I graduated. Too skinny. I'm currently at 193lbs. Could afford to lose 20lbs to be in low 10's for body fat.

I was very active in HS. 5'6" and 130lbs. After HS I was 160 till I got pregnant. I gained a lot of weight with him and never lost it. I held a steady 212. I just had my second child who is now 6 weeks old. I have been so dedicated to getting back in shape. I am already down to 207. I can wait to break 200!!0

I never weighed myself at all in high school so no basis of comparison. I know as a senior in college i was about 150-155 at the Dr's office, and probably needed to put on 5-10 pounds, but when i clocked in at 209 a few months ago i woke up......so a few months later, 40 pounds off and back down to 169. Going to drop another 7 pounds in the next couple months. And i finally own a scale for the first time in my 42 years of life!0
