You sound like me the other day.Was feeling tired and still pushed myself. Ended up in bed for 2 days...hope that doesn't happen for you. Good luck!

I love love them! I have one almost everyday for lunch. Sometimes I add a salad. But they are perfect for me. I've only tried a couple that I did not like.

The database here on MFP has various Subway sandwich combinations listed...you could look there and use the Subway website as well. I wouldn't eat there everyday like Jared did but once in a while might work for you

I've tried most of them and really like them. I have one everyday at lunch...some days I take a small salad with it . I find them at Walmart for about $2.50..which for lunch is not a bad deal. Sugar free jello and lite Cool Whip fills me up. The best I can tell you is try them...if you find one you don't like don't assume…

I've lost track of how many times I've done WW over the years and yes I have lost alot of weight. But this is the first thing I have found that works for me.I always hated keeping a diary and I only went to the gym to do cardio. You don't fail here...you don't want to lose weight just for the wedding but make a lifestyle…

fitday.com actually has a sexual acitivity listed ...even 3 different levels

Many of the recipes from that site are already in the database. The hard part is figuring how it is listed...There's Weight Watchers. Gina' Weight Watcher recipes. On the bottom right hand side of the page (small print) is a link titled "brand". It is huge and you have to just randomly hit a page to see where you are but I…

You look great! All of your hard work has paid off:happy:

I too have fibro....when I started exercising 2 weeks ago I was feeling great. So great that yesterday I increased my intensity of my workout....faster walking...heavier weights. It was a HUGE mistake....I'm home in bed today hardly being able to move. I know what I did wrong...too much too fast. I'm not stopping only…

I'm currently taking both Lyrica and Savella. I was pretty much bedridden before. But my goal is to be off of both of them by the time I hit goal weight. It is by the use of these meds that allow me to exercise as I do leading to more weight loss...which helps with my symptoms. I've already starting tapering my Savella…

I too have fibro and it was controlling the quality of my life. The best advice I can give you is to do cardio and strength training. Start slow but keep moving. Moving is one of the best things for fibro but its a catch 22 situation. Hurting so bad not be able to move and then needing to move to feel better. For me its…

Love Love the show !!! Can't wait...

Its taken me many years of "failed" diet att:smile: empts and gym memberships to come to the understanding you stated. I don't even remember how I came across MFP...but I am so very thankful I did. I know I can lose weight....its learning a new life for myself. This site and the support from other members is what has made…

Applebee's is always my "go to" place. They have WW dishes with some in the 300 range. Good luck and enjoy!

From a previous post "Water is water. Any water you get is better than no water. And the 64oz of water a day rule includes the water that is contained in foods you eat. The original study, from years ago, even included that info but nobody ever states that fact" Thanks for the post....I so agree with you.

Sometimes I can find hard to find foods on this site. I did a search for Whole Food Market and pages came up. It was not all "packaged" products http://caloriecount.about.com/

Professionals all have different opinions...geez just google something and you will see that. So with anything do your homework. Nothing is concrete...trial and error to figure out what works for you.

Google zig zagging dieting...there was a post earlier today and it seems many do this. This is what I do with my range 1200-1600. Usually 1600 for the weekend and then start the week off 1200-1300/day for maybe 2 days....just keep bouncing around. Some have a set pattern. The whole idea is to keep your metabolism confused.…

You look AWESOME! You deserve to flaunt your stuff:smile:

I totally agree with you, It takes trial and error to figure out what foods work you. Generally my idea is I try to get the most bang for my buck. There have been minor changes in which foods I eat but all in all I'm eating what I want. My fiance is pleased because my food choices have not made a huge impact on what he…

Welcome! Some days will be easier than others but for me I know that this has to be MY time. I compare it to water dripping on a rock...a single drop doesn't eat away at the stone but eventually over time it wears the stone away. Its a learning process for me everyday. Some days are better than others but I never ever say…

I'm using Zig Zagging as well. I don't have a pattern but I try to keep the range 1200-1600. Once I reach the high end I go back down to the low end for a day or so. Its been working for me and I have lost 28lbs in a 2 1/2 months. I don't get bored or discouraged because of having a low set calorie amount. Give it a try…

It takes some experimenting on your part to find what works for you. Each day is different and I have to adjust to meet my needs. Right now my favorite go to snack (like when I get home from work and I have at least 2 more hours until supper) is Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb = 35 calories. I pair it with a serving of…

I think the main point to remember is a pound of muscle burns more calores than a pound of fat. As everyone is saying 1lb is 1lb but muscle is denser taking up less space. This weight loss journey I'm trying to focus on being healthy not just what the scale tells me. Not only am I rejoicing for every pound loss I am…

You are NOT a failure! Thinking like that sets you up for quitting. Life is one day at a time. If you get off track then you pick yourself up and keep on trucking. This is the best site I have ever found. It is easy to log food and exercise and the food database is amazing. I even had lunch at the Ikea furniture caferteria…
