I just found the floor matting at Walmart. Its made be Gold's Gym and only cost $19.99. There are 6 pieces that interlock for 24 sq feet. So later on down the road if you want to make it larger you can. I had the same problem as you...trying to workout on hardwood floors. It was killing me!! To be honest I just stumbled…

My daughter just got me started with Better N Peanut Butter. I love it for a nice alternative. I don't compare it head to head with natural PB but for putting on fruit and crackers its awesome. Another one I keep is Marantha Almond Butter. I have not tried PB2 but I might have to look into it.

Go to skinnytaste.com and search for the dijon and lime chicken. The recipe calls for thighs but I always use boneless breast. I cook it for about 25 minutes. I use lime juice instead of the fresh lime and add extra garlic, I'm thinking about trying it with lemon juice. Make sure to broil as the recipe suggest. It always…

First off...Ed congrats on your amazing success! The blog the OP posted is a joke! But that being said I honestly feel some threads are started to stir the pot. How many times has this subject been posted and debated? There is more research supporting the "starvation mode" than not. But as others have pointed out the term…

I agree with a previous post. People who see you everyday don't notice until you've lost a good bit of weight. I felt the same way and it took 40lbs for my co workers to say anything. I think in the beginning of the weight loss even if they do notice they may be unsure about saying anything for fear of offending you. Enjoy…

We have a new family favorite from skinnytaste. Its dijon and lime chicken thighs but we use boneless skinless chicken breast, Its a Paula Dean make over.. Very low caloire and very very yummy. I always like it with a baked sweet potato. Its hard to get out of the rut of cooking something the same way. Good luck!…

The big thing is your going a gym...kudos to you! But do not join if you're 100% counting on someone else to be there too. You have to join for you and you only. Which means being focused on yourself and committing to go by yourself if need be. After I got over being intimidated by the whole idea( I too realized very…

I sometimes use Glucerna HungerSmart shakes. They seem to last and keep my blood sugars pretty stable. This week I'm trying the EAS Carbadvantage shakes and so far so good. I have one with a serving of oatmeal in the morning and I'm good until lunch. It takes trial and error to find something that works. BTW both shakes…

MFP already has that on the site. At the bottom of your food diary page there is a yellow box that says "view full report". Click on that and you can pick the date range you wish to view. It is also printable. Not sure if this is the information you are looking for.
