Hi there
I was wondering if anyone has a worksheet they could share with me? I'd like to come up with something that shows over time weight, calories in, calories out, etc for analysis.

Thanks if you do!

Can't you do something similar under the 'reports' section of this site?

MFP already has that on the site. At the bottom of your food diary page there is a yellow box that says "view full report". Click on that and you can pick the date range you wish to view. It is also printable. Not sure if this is the information you are looking for.

ooh I kind of wanted a worksheet that I can do fancy graphs and stuff on at home. I know of people who use "old fashioned" excel and that's what I was gearing towards.

The diary. Or make one dead simple on excel or similar program. 3 columns.
    Calories in
    Calories out
    Activity

If your familiar with Google Docs, they have an online spreadsheet, I keep track of my weight, calories, exercise, water, and even some macros on it. I've also added a column to track my weekly calorie average and loss per week, and projected loss over time. The nice thing about google docs is you can have access to your spreadsheet everywhere.
