1200 calories is just the bare minimum...when you do your BMR what does that tell you? For instance when you figure out your BMR using MFP tools that will tell you what your body burns doing basic bodily functions...not including anything else...you should try to eat at least this much...when you exercise you earn more…

it might help if you open your diary so others can take a look at it..without being able to see it, it is hard to know why...but it has only been a week...give your body time...maybe your getting too many calories maybe not enough...like i said it is hard to tell without seeing your diary... Eat at least 1200-1500 calories…

I always remember the addage (spelling) Everything in moderation...nothing should be off limits unless it is illegal or something that is harmful to your body... I find that if I don't allow myself to eat fast food once in a great while I will over indulge...that being said I try to eat 80-90%% healthy non processed foods…

 you can do it!!! have all your workout gear ready to put on and make sure you eat a little something about 15-30 minutes before you leave....eat protein after to help heal muscles...I agree a journey starts with a single step...good for you for having a plan, now carry that plan out!
-
I used to do that too, now I eat healthy 98% of the time so when I want something I know I can have it or at least some of it. Not to mention I love being healthy way more that I want to stuff food in my gullet...you can do it, just remember that you are worth all the work and sacrifice...it really depends on how much you…
-
simple...you are not eating enough for your body to let go of more weight...men should not be below 1500 calories...you should be eating a minumum of 1500 calories on you non exercise days and at least another 300-800 on your exercise days depending on what you do for exercise and how many calories you burn...hope this…

I have been going gluten free for a couple of months or so...losing weight is about the same...more if you just cut out all carbs...more expensive, a little...i eat mostly fruits, veggies, lean meats, cheese, unsweetened milk and some gluten free crackers etc...are you gluten sensitive or were you recently diagnosed as…
-
well this is not really portable but i love the CarbSmart fudge bars by bryers...3 net carbs and only 100 calories
-
Well without seeing your diary or knowing how long you have been stuck, it's hard to say, that being said here are a few things to think about... Up your calorie intake if you are only taking in 1200 calories and if you don't eat any exercise calories Drink more water Watch your sodium Add more cardio exercises Try to…

at 123 I am sure that you look amazing in a bikini...I would focus on toning everything up and be happy with your body...enjoy your vacation and be kind to yourself...forget the stupid scale and the number it reports....in fact just throw the damn scale out the window and start toning...
-
Quit focusing on the scale...inches lost is even better....the scale is really just one tool for tracking weight loss....inches lost is a visible and tangible way to see what you have ACCOMPLISHED...the scale will move eventually...keep eating healthy, working out and doing strength training and drink lots of water....that…
