As for cancer studies..they have been tried and Proven time and time again. My opinions are free like yours..don't like them then ignore them. No need to be rude. I have not shared anything ridiculous. Just studies and opinions. If people wanna put crap into their bodies go for it but don't post a question on a public…

http://www.newsmax.com/Outbrain/diet-soda-brain-alzheimers/2012/10/24/id/461363/ I'm neither stupid nor a bs-er. I do research and I care very much about being healthy not just thin and try to help others with that as well.

Hey all I am doing is putting my two cents (researched and tried) in to the mix, what makes your opinion any better than mine? There are good foods and bad foods..for example, 19,900-calorie Octuple Bypass Burger at the Heart Attack grill. Bad food. Good food..fruits, grains, nuts to name a few. Yes I agree you can lose…

Sorry not fear mongering just informed and someone who prefers to be helpful rather than keep the good information all to myself. To be informed of all opinions and or facts is not to be feared but rather appreciated. You don't know me or my story. I am definitely all about educating and helping other.

Well as a cancer patient I would say both suck. There are relevant views that eating a diet rich in whole food and unprocessed diets are better at combating cancer than chemo is. After all chemo is a toxic chemical mixture that kill both good and bad cells. http://gerson.org/gerpress/the-gerson-therapy/
-
Lol, I think I'd rather have Mio than be stung by bees..hahaha! I'm just saying our bodies cannot identify some of these chemicals and has no idea what to do with them. So they may or may not be killing brain cells but they are not good for our bodies. Our bodies were meant to ingest natural whole unprocessed foods, as…

LOL used to be a nutritionist! Seriously though..find another doctor. Be your own advocate, research. Eat whole foods as unprocessed as you can get. Yes I have gotten bad advise from a professional and as a result was diagnosed with cancer years after it probably started. Thankfully I am in remission and doing well. Don't…

Just going by what she posted regarding drinking diet soda and I believe I did say how to lose weight. Have an awesome day! Food is either good or bad and that is what we humans eat to survive so I think I did a good job addressing that issue. Losing weight is about food and exercise is it not?
-
I would just caution the use of artificial sweeteners. They are very confusing to our bodies. I would say artificial sweeteners or flavors are not good for our bodies as they work much more efficiently when given natural whole unprocessed foods. Yes there are a wide variety of opinions of whether artificial sweeteners are…

First of all stop with the 7 days a week killing yourself for 2 hrs..your body needs rest days. Second of all it can take a few weeks to see the scale move. I would suggest not weighing every week..maybe every two or once a month. It really is as simple as calories in and calories out. If you have a metabolic disease or…

You cannot out-exercise a bad diet! If you continue to eat like crap you will gain weight. The weight you lost is probably water. Take the exercise out of the picture until your knee is healed but eat the right amount of calories for you to still lose weight. (Sedentary activity level)
-
Diet soda is horrible for your body..any artificial sweeteners in my opinion just not good. Here is a look at what it does to your body. http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20739512,00.html I would advise you to see if you are eating within your dietary needs and getting enough exercise. Put your info into MFP and it…

I say resist the urge..too many chemicals that your body can't process and that kill brain cells. Stick with lemon water or plain water. Natural is always better than artificial. If you must buy them here is a list of best to worst (still not great) http://www.eatthis.com/best-worst-water-enhancers#fref

You look amazing...do more core work if you feel you must! I say..be kind to yourself.

When I run on the mini trampoline or do jumping jacks I leak a little..so embarrassing but hey after 4 kids what can I expect.
-
Digital scales are a must in my opinion. It takes away the overestimating completely.
-
If you find you are hypo-thyroid..you will need to take medication to get your body back to it's normal working self..Also it is hard to know how to help you without knowing your dieting habits. For example, are you someone who has starved herself for so long that you cannot eat a normal amount of calories without gaining…
-
Most (not all) people overestimate their exercise calories burned and or calories eaten. If your tests come back normal have your doctor run blood work for Thyroid disease. If all that comes back normal you are probably eating too much or overestimating your calorie burn. I would also suggest you find out what your Basal…

I have the same story..been off and on MFP a few times over the last few years. I have gone from extremely sick and unhealthy to fit and running a half marathon. Now I am starting again due to some health/lifestyle issues and I know it is hard to have to start again. You CAN do this! Remember that this is a marathon not a…
