Week 3 Day 5 300 crunches (1000 total) oh ya baby got those points 100 jumping jacks 200 knee raises 3 sets of 21's 5 burpees (my back just cannot take these) Got modified 50 squat kicks per gary's post for someone else that needed modified All missions accomplished for the day will log food and water and be under calories

sweetie, the way she is losing is dangerous and most likely won't stay gone...I did this diet and got extremely sick and even lost my hair....it is not safe at all...not to mention it is not the way to lose and keep the pounds off for good....your body needs to exercise and it also needs to have the right fuel to function…

:flowerforyou: if you are only taking in 1200 calories and doing all that exercise...STOP, eat some or all of your exercise calories, find what works for you but my guess is your body is STARVING and in need of some more fuel.

track your food for a week and i bet you will see that is where the problem lies...most people gain weight after quitting smoking because the replace cigarettes with food and voila they gain weight...once you find out the problem then a solution is sure to follow...you can do this don't give up !!!

First of all it didn't take you a month and a half to get this way nor will it take a month and a half to get to where you want to be...don't look at it like it's a sprint...treat it more like a marathon...this is a lifelong change that takes, well...a lifetime.
