I'm self conscious to jog/run at the Y. Its too hot ALL the time to do it outside, night or day :P

I stopped eating for planned periods of time, to get use to that I'm not actually hungry. I'll do something else, just get a bottle of water and continuously drink it slowly

what's HRM? I would say the calories are pretty acurate, its according to the machine after putting my age and weight.
