Having a hard time.
I stopped counting calories about a week ago, so I havent been on here. I still work out just not as much as I use to and I gained weight back. What helps you keep motivated? Lately I dont feel like I have enough energy for anything. Any help?

I'm going to start jogging but I've been a bit embarrassed for being bigger. I'm going really early in the morning. What's a good distance to start with? Have you stuck with running daily? thanks

Why are negative net calories bad? Wouldn't I lose weight faster if I ate 1500 calories a day then workout 2000+ 6 days out of the week? What are the faults in my plan?

In need of some support.
I keep eating too much. I cant seem to stay under my calorie goal lately. I've been drinking allot of water but faucet water is disgusting, so if I dont have bottled water it slows me down a bit. What do you eat staying under your goal? whats a good inbetween

Exercises for weight loss
What cardiovascular or muscular exercises are great for weight loss? I'm pretty set on the elliptical because it looses calories fast but it doesnt hurt anymore, I'm pretty use to it. I'm not big on running. Would running be better? I'm also starting to do better on the stair climber. What exercises do you do? and how much?

I know the bare minimum to eat without going into starvation mode is 1200. Does that change according to how much exercise I do. Say I eat 1200 calories a day the do cardio for 2000 calories.
