I keep eating too much. I cant seem to stay under my calorie goal lately. I've been drinking allot of water but faucet water is disgusting, so if I dont have bottled water it slows me down a bit. What do you eat staying under your goal? whats a good inbetween

    What's your daily calorie goal? Could you open your diary so we could see what you are eating?

    I eat TONS of raw veggies cut up. Favorites are grape tomatoes - I take at least 2 cups of them to work with me. They are sweet and fun to eat. Also 2nd favorite is cut up cucumber with a little salt & pepper, and lastly is a whole green pepper cut in strips.

    Its a ton of snacking, or great to add to a veggie burger for lunch - crunchy too.
