WOW, so many people have thyroid problems! I am hypothyroid. I was born with little-to-no thyroid and I have been on synthroid my whole life. Definitely affects your mood, energy and weight! If anyone has any questions that I can help out with, feel free to add me. Been in this game for 25 years! Not fun, but it's life!

I started 30DS two weeks ago and I am on day 3 of level 2. My right knee started hurting about day 7 of level 1. It's a strange pain though. Not too intense. Just finished Day 1 of Level 2! Pheww... SO much harder than level 1 ... I had to modify a lot of moves, something I didn't have to do in level 1 other than the push ups. Hoping tomorrow is a little easier.

I saw you post about that yesterday and I was thinking about doing the same, but I personally feel like I would be jumping the gun, and I would hate to be disappointed if it wasn't a true loss. IDK, I guess it's all mental either way! I think whatever keeps you motivated, do it! :)

I do take measurements and have noticed that I have lost inches (mostly from my stomach). While that is super encouraging all in itself, there is something about seeing the numbers go down that keeps me going. I share your excitement.. I took a sneak peek too (my official weigh in isn't until Monday). Its motivated me to keep eating right over the weekend so that number doesn't go up. Today will be Level 1 Day 8 for me. I took a day break, and the next day I felt great! Not looking to take anymore breaks. I haven't lost any weight yet... My clothes are fitting looser and I definitely feel my muscles growing :)

I just finished Day 7. I did however take one day off (Day 6- which I did the following day) and i'll tell you it helped A LOT. The work out does get easier. Keep it up! You can do it. Add me :smile:

Today was Day 3 for me. My legs have been sore today and yesterday, but not unbearable. A good sore. I am doing a lot of stretching. I am planning on doing the 30 days without stopping and I am thinking about adding in some cardio. I look forward to building up my endurance and being able to do the second set of push ups…

I am only on Day 2 of Level 1. I feel good, but I hear day 3/4 is make it or break it! I'm not looking forward to not losing weight, but I guess losing inches is better than weight! Got to look at the positives :)
