Heavy cream has become a staple in most of my cooking because it is a great (and delicious!) way to get that fat % higher. I mix it in my eggs, put it in my coffee, and make cream sauces for my proteins. I also cook with coconut oil which is packed with wonderful nutrients as well as the fat you're looking for :)

I follow this pretty much to a "T" on weekdays: Breakfast - 7:00 AM Lunch - 12:30 PM Dinner - 6:00 PM Snacks may or may not make it into my day and my weekends tend to shift since I will wake up a little later. If I have snacks it consists of sugar-free jello, cheese, coffee or a lot of water, lol.

I follow a low carb plan and I structure my day around a break down of 10% carbs, 20% protein and 70% fat. That puts me at about 40g of carbs, 90g of protein and 125g of fat according to my daily caloric intake of 1600 calories. Have you tried looking up an recipes for some chocolatey, low carb treats? You could make a mousse with some heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, vanilla and stevia.
