I hated the thought of exercising, and I get bored easily of the same thing day in and out. I love music and I love games. I do the Wii and dancing. that way i dont get bored and i have a good workout

This also happens to me. I believe its your legs telling you, its not use to being used this much. I find it gets better with time as you get use to walking more. Plus i find it helps to use a heavy lotion on my legs.

it clips to your waist and its base on basically how fast or slow you walk. i would not recommend it for running. dancing, walking biking maybe ( i would recommend it for the beginners not advanced people who work out)

it had one bad review but it was based on the steps not being very accurate. It has over four different modes.
