Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. A can of diet soda in place of oil, eggs, & water for boxed cake mix. Almond milk in place of dairy milk.

I usually count the highest, I rather over estimate the calories than under estimate them.

I think it looks very good. I'd try not to eat ranch for breakfast, but since it fits in your calorie goal then I guess its okay. Also, the strawberry syrup is empty sugar/carbs. Why not have a few fresh strawberries instead?

Ditch the breakfast cereal, its low in fiber and has empty carbs. Try eating eggs instead or high fiber cereal/oatmeal. Try to eliminate rice from your diet or eat brown rice instead. I pre-log the night before and leave some wiggle room just in case I need a snack or my plans end up changing.. I think it really helps to stay on track.

Theres 45 calorie bread from Sara Lee that has 9 net carbs. Fiber one cereal also has 9 net carbs.
