Broths usually don't have that many calories, they are for the most part just water, salt, and spices. I wouldn't subtract too many calories.

I only saw the first 30 minutes and it really got me thinking about what I put in my body. I saw it last week and have cut out so many things from my diet and turned to healthier things. I've lost 5 pounds in 4 days.

I haven't tried it, but maybe the water isn't what's making you lose weight. Maybe you've just been eating better/ working out more. Could that be the case?

Try a heart rate monitor. They are pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

When you set your activity level to sedentary, MFP still gives you a few extra hundred calories. For example I set my account to sedentary and my BMR is 1250 calories, but MFP says I burn 1600 a day. So they already count small calories like walking 2.0 and standing and typing, etc.

Avoid pizzas with fatty toppings (extra cheese, pepperoni, sausage, etc). Load the pizza up with fresh vegetables. Ask for thin crust if possible and eat slowly to savor the food.
