Baked Rotisserie flavered Chicken
I use the name brands. seems to taste better. I do not measure. I just spray my baking pan with Butter f laver cooking spray. Then I wash my chicken. (whatever amount I plan to cook, depending on how many people.) you can either skin the chicken. Or leave the skin on. Less fat and etc if skinned. I COAT each pieace of chicken. with Rotisserie chicken flavor seasoning. Make sure to coat the chicken well. Put in oven and bake at about 375 to 400 degree. checking along to see if more butter cooking spray is needed. turn over about half way done. This is really good. and to make clean up faster. I cover inside of my baking pan with tin fold. My family loves this. I have put it into my lean green grill. works that way also. with small amount of chicken.
PS. I also spray the top of chicken when I have it all in the baking pan.
This chicken is very good in salads.

This sounds amazing! Do I need to get tin fold in a specialty cooking store? What about rotisserie chicken flavor seasoning?

Omg, I know everyone is going to hate me and I know this stuff is really "anal", but you spelled flavored wrong. *flinches in anticipation of people verbally beating her up*0

You do not have to use the tin fold. I just do it. To keep from having to soak the pan. I just use plan tin fold . No certain kind.
I like the McCormick Perfect pinch Rotisseris chicken Seasoning. and the Pam Butter cooking spray.I have used the Pam Original cooking spray. when I was out of the butter flavor. But I think the butter flavor is taste better/ I do put alot of the seasoning. I like the chicken well covered. But you could use less. we just like alot. And it smells sooooooo good cooking.
Really it called Aluminum Foil instead of tin foil. I just call it tin foil. Sorry about that.0 -
